ElfCon is back!

If the Christmas season conjures visions of green outfits and pointy ears, you're in luck! The annual hot cocoa crawl known as 'Elfcon' is back. The family-friendly event is now in its third year, and the founder of ElfCon, Chief Elf Sophie spoke with FOX 5 NY about what the event is all about and how you can take part in the charitable event.
