NYC steps up crackdown on illegal weed shops

There are around 2500 illegal weed shops across the five boroughs. Now, the city is taking new steps to crack down on landlords who rent space to the shops. FOX 5 NY's Morgan McKay talks to the New York City Sheriff about how they'll be enforcing the rules.
