NYPD plan to encrypt radios draws criticism

The NYPD is rolling out a new communications system with the plan to encrypt radio transmissions that are broadcast over police scanners during emergencies. FOX 5 NY's Antwan Lewis went to a city council hearing Monday where groups, including journalists, voiced their opposition.
