Adams blames migrant crisis for budget cuts

Mayor Eric Adams’ administration announced New York City is enacting around $4 billion in budget cuts over the next year and a half that will cancel the hiring of new police officers, slash the education budget by $1 billion and close libraries on Sundays. FOX 5 NY’s Lissette Nuñez has the details.
