Advocates rally in support of right to shelter law

More than 122,000 migrant shave come to New York City since last spring, and Mayor Eric Adams and Governor Kathy Hochul believe that the city's "right-to-shelter" mandate is driving some of that number. But their attempts to roll the mandate back are placing homeless New Yorkers at risk, according to advocates.
