Man accused of assaults with stroller arrested

A man accused of pushing a stroller and assaulting and terrorizing people on the Upper East Side is now in police custody. FOX 5 NY's Antwan Lewis has more on why the suspect, who officials say has a long criminal history, was on the streets.
