OMNY users charged $2.90 fare instead of $2.75

Some OMNY users got quite the surprise while on their Monday morning commutes. MTA said that the OMNY system experienced a glitch and charged some OMNY users $2.90 instead of the usual $2.75 fare. FOX 5 New York's Linda Schmidt has the latest.
