Queens scooter shooting suspect charged

Thomas Abreu, the man accused of going on a weekend shooting spree on a scooter in Queens, appeared in front of a judge on Monday. Meanwhile, hundreds of people gathered to pay their respects to Hamoud Saeidi, the 86-year-old man shot and killed by the gunman.
