Suffolk County DA discusses 'Clean Slate' bill

A controversial reform bill passed by legislators in Albany would automatically give inmates leaving jail a clean slate. Suffolk County District Attorney Raymond Tierney, who is opposed to the bill, joined Good Day New York to discuss.
