Video shows NYPD vehicle nearly hit moped

Scary moments played out on the Van Wyck Expressway after an NYPD SUV was seen getting extremely close to a moped, as it appeared to force the scooter off the highway. FOX 5 NY's Lissette Nuñez has the story.
