Applications open for NYC's 'Summer Rising' program

The enrollment period is official open for New York City's 'Summer Rising' program, and this year, the city is making changes to some of the program's biggest critiques, like a lack of seats. This year, priority placement will be given to students in temporary housing, homeless shelters or foster care.
