Why Buy Legal: New Yorkers encouraged to buy weed from licensed sellers

New York state has launched a new campaign which encourages consumers to buy weed and other cannabis products from legal sellers only. Purchasing from licensed sellers can help buyers avoid untested and potentially unsafe products. FOX 5's Arthur Chi'en has the story.
