Bail reform key sticking point in NY state budget battle

A week later, New York still hasn't passed a state budget, with one of the main sticking points continuing to be bail reform. But while Governor Kathy Hochul says changes have to be made, at least one fellow Democrat says there's nothing wrong with the current system and is preparing to take drastic action to prevent changes to the state's bail reform laws.
