Suspect in shooting of rookie NYPD officer arrested

A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the brazen daylight shooting of a rookie NYPD officer in Jamaica, Queens on Wednesday afternoon. Devin Spraggins is facing charges of attempted murder of a police officer, assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and obstructing governmental administration.
