NYC subway station agents leaving their booths to interact with riders

If you're riding the New York City subway system, you'll soon be seeing a lot more MTA station agents, as booth agents will soon be on subway platforms to provide customer service to travelers and commuters. FOX 5 NY's Arthur Chi'en has the story.
