Victims in suspected fentanyl overdose in New Rochelle identified

Family and friends gathered to pay their respects to the victims who died by suspected fentanyl overdose over the weekend behind an apartment building in New Rochelle. The older brother of one of the victim's joined the vigil, saying his brother was funny, outgoing and had a good heart. Fox 5 New York's Lisa Evers has the latest.
