Plaque honors fallen FDNY firefighter Jesse Gerhard

FDNY firefighter Jesse Gerhard, who died in the line of duty just over a year ago, was honored at his firehouse, Ladder Company 134 in Far Rockaway, Queens on Saturday with a plaque in his honor.
