Black Vietnam veteran finally receives Medal of Honor

Nearly 60 years after he was first recommended for the Medal of Honor, retired U.S. Army Colonel Paris Davis was awarded the Medal of Honor by President Joe Biden on Friday. The overdue recognition comes after the paperwork for his honor was lost, resubmitted and lost again.
