2 men charged in brutal assault of Ray's Candy Store owner

Two men have been charged in connection to the brutal assault of a 90-year-old Manhattan candy store owner. Ramon 'Ray' Alvarez was attacked on the sidewalk in front of Ray's Candy Store.
