Mayor Adams to visit Albany to push for more state funding for NYC

New York City Mayor Eric Adams will visit Albany on Wednesday to try and get more funding from the state and to push for changes to the state's bail laws. But experts say they expect some sparks to fly between Adams and more progressive lawmakers.
