Stranded Southwest passengers accuse airlines of price gouging

Southwest Airlines has announced that it expects to return to normal operations tomorrow, but thousands of passengers who have already spent a ton of money on airfare, say they now are getting ripped off by other airlines, but industry experts say that is not the case.
