Nicole Malliotakis gives victory speech

Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, a Republican, defeated Democrat Max Rose in a rematch for New York's 11th Congressional District. She spoke about her victory from her election night headquarters. The 11th Congressional District covers all of Staten Island and part of Brooklyn.
