Report: One in five NYC criminals busted for burglary or theft re-arrested within 60 days

Alarming new statistics show that there are now burglaries, grand larcenies and auto thefts being committed in New York City than there were a few years ago, and that those rimes are being done by repeat offenders, with roughly one in every five criminals busted for a burglary or theft in 2021 getting re-arrested on a felony charge within 60 days after being let back on the street.
