NYPD announces new initiative to stop catalytic converter thefts

Catalytic converter thefts in our area have exploded over the last few years, as the valuable car parts are coveted by thieves because the materials used to make them are so profitable. But now, the NYPD is rolling out a new program to help drivers fight back.
