Manhattan congestion pricing

MTA CEO Janno Lieber says the agency is making progress with the plan to implement so-called congestion pricing for motorists entering Manhattan. He says the MTA has resubmitted the environmental assessment to the Federal Highway Administration, which had asked hundreds of questions about the project.
