After Roe: Abortion pills
The Supreme Court's overturning of Roe v. Wade has further complicated the already complex issue of abortion pills. The U.S. Justice Department says a state cannot block access to the two-drug regimen, which is FDA approved up to 10 weeks of pregnancy. But a state does have the right to regulate the practice of medicine within its borders.
