Pop-up parties not welcome at Jersey Shore

Judges in Monmouth County and Ocean County issued rulings prohibiting the parties from popping up without organizers first obtaining permits. But cops in Asbury Park, Long Branch, and Point Pleasant Beach are stepping up patrols just in case.
