Ida triggers devastating tornadoes, flooding in New Jersey and New York

Ida is dumping extremely heavy rain across the New York City region, triggering flash flooding and even tornadoes. The flooding in New Jersey and New York City was so severe that the National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Emergency for the first time, ever.
