Bullet hits NYC bus in Harlem

Gunfire erupted on the streets of East Harlem, striking an MTA bus. The Transport Workers Union says this was the fourth time in six months that gunfire has struck an MTA bus.

Police say that the M101 bus was heading south on Lexington Avenue near East 125th Street at around 2:20 p.m. when a bullet went through its front window.

Gov. Hochul tours tunnel for 2nd Avenue subway extension

Phase 2 of the Second Avenue subway line will expand service to 125th Street. The governor and MTA are hopeful that the federal government will fund the project under President Biden's infrastructure law.
