DA: Man busted with gun from shooting outside Zeldin's house

Police arrested a man with the gun that was used in a shooting last month outside the Long Island home of Rep. Lee Zeldin, the Suffolk County DA said. Authorities are still investigating if the man was involved in the Oct. 9 drive-by shooting that wounded two teens.

Rep. Lee Zeldin, the GOP candidate for governor, says his daughters are shaken after a shooting outside the family's home on Long Island. "I definitely did not think the next time that I'd be standing in front of crime scene tape would be in front of my own house," Zeldin said.
