From 1985: Cuomo, Koch butt heads over the "90-cent fare"
In 1985, Gov. Mario Cuomo and Mayor Koch traded barbs over what was, at the time, the "90-cent fare" amid plans to increase it to $1.00. These three clips aired in October and December of that year.
