Coronavirus clusters emerge in western, central New York

Gov. Andrew Cuomo is placing parts of Erie, Monroe and Onondaga counties into yellow zones. That means gatherings are capped at 25 people, dining is limited to four people at a table, and schools must do more mandatory virus testing. 

New York's new pandemic travel rules take effect

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said travelers from all non-neighboring states who don't want to quarantine for two weeks must test negative no more than three days before they enter New York.
