NEW YORK - The New York Yankees are headed to the American League Championship Series after sweeping the Minnesota Twins after a 5-1 win in Monday night's game 3 of the American League Divisional Series.

The Yankees will play the winner of the Houston/Tampa Bay series. Houston could finish up the series with a win on Tuesday afternoon.
