Liv Johnson

Liv Johnson is a weather reporter for FOX 5 NY/WNYW.

Although a native of Atlanta, Georgia, Liv has roots in the Northeast. Her mom is from Long Island and her dad is from Bergen County, New Jersey. 

Before coming to FOX 5, Liv worked in several states, including Texas, California and Florida.

While living in California, Liv worked as a news reporter and weather anchor at KSEE24/CBS47 in Fresno. She provided full weather forecasts in the studio and reported on snowstorms, flooding and wildfires from the field.

Liv is a proud graduate of Syracuse University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Broadcast & Digital Journalism and a B.A. in Psychology. She is currently working on a meteorology degree from Pennsylvania State University. 

When she’s not working, Liv likes to find the best restaurants in New York City and to travel with her rescue dog Milo.
