Youth football coach detained by ICE speaks out

Raymond Torres was detained by ICE earlier this month was released last Friday.

He was illegally brought to the states when he was 2-years-old.

He graduated high school and now has a job and is a youth football coach on the side, but he did have multiple run-ins with the law.

According to ICE he has been convictions for DUI, felony narcotics possession and domestic violence with injury.

His lawyer says the felony narcotics possession was dropped and he doesn't have a felony. And she also says those all took place many years ago and he is now an outstanding citizen.

Torres says he shouldn't be deported and also say this country is also all he has ever known

Torres is out on a $50 thousand dollars bail but fight to stay in this country continues.

His next court date is in three weeks.
