Among the crowd greeting Donald Trump at each event are members of the so-called alt-right. They are mostly white, men who hold blue collar jobs and live in rural or red states. What they also have in common: they like what they hear from Trump. The alt-right rejects traditional republicans.

Breitbart columnist Milo Yiannopolis considers himself alt-right. The gay conservative is touring colleges and is intent on destroying campus political correctness.

Some Jewish conservatives who've criticized Trump, including Fox News contributor Jonah Goldberg, have been targeted by the alt-right with hate mail.

Most political analysts say that no matter who wins or loses in November, the alt-right is here to stay and is likely to be part of the political landscape going forward.
