LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (FOX 35 ORLANDO) - Little Mermaid fans can finally know what it is like to be Ariel with an all-new Walt Disney World experience.
According to the DisneyParks Blog, guests can now become part of Ariel's world by experiencing the Mermaid School at select Walt Disney World resort hotels. Those ages 4 and older can take the hour-long class, which teaches the students how to swim in a pool like a mermaid. They will even be fitted with a swimmable tail.
Mermaid School is offered on select dates at Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. Bookings will open in mid-March through 407-WDW-PLAY. Classes are said to be $50 per person, plus tax.
Walt Disney World Resorts is also offering a group pirate experience for those ages four to 12, DisneyParks Blog added. The experience, titled 'Captain Hook's Pirate Crew,' will teach young guests the pirate ways as part of Captain Hook's Pirate Crew. They will follow clues that lead to hidden treasures and will even get to use a pontoon boat to sail around Crescent Lake. After the treasure is found, they will enjoy a Pirate feast.

Captain Hook's Pirate Crew will be available at Disney's Beach Club Resort starting on April 28th. The experience is priced at $55 per child, plus tax. Bookings can be made by calling 407-824-KIDS.
