Waffle House employee shot dead by agitated customer; Police searching for gunman

LAURINBURG, N.C. - Police in North Carolina are looking for a Waffle House customer that became so irate over an order that he shot and killed an employee.
Laurinburg police said on September 13, shortly after midnight, the customer came into the restaurant and ordered food.
While the food was being prepared, the suspect became "more agitated and verbally abusive toward the employees."
After the customer received the food, he walked out toward a vehicle and then fired two shots in the direction of the restaurant before getting away.

One employee was hit and later identified as 18-year-old Burlie Locklear. He was later transported to a hospital where he died from his injuries.
The suspect was described as a black male, light skin, with long dreads, facial hair including a beard and mustache, 5’8"-5"10", 140lbs-18lbs, last seen wearing dark blue pull over hoodie, blue jeans, and white shoes. His suspected getaway car was described as a dark grey possibly 2014 model Chevrolet.
