Video: Man exposed self to woman in elevator

The NYPD wants to find the man who walked into an elevator and exposed himself to a woman.

The incident occurred June 15 at about 9:30 p.m. inside 124 East 176 Street.  The elevator was on the first floor when the man lifted his shirt and began touching himself in front of the 67-year-old woman.

The man exited the elevator on the sixth floor.

He is described by police as black, approximately 35-years-old, 5'8" tall and about 160 lbs. He has a medium complexion and medium build.  He was last seen wearing a red baseball hat, a white and red t-shirt with an "8" on the front, red sweatpants and black sneakers.

Anyone with information about the man t is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.  Police say that all calls are confidential.
