Toni Braxton back on tour amidst hospitalization

Toni Braxton was hospitalized for the second time in the month of October.

Saturday afternoon, it was announced on her Twitter than she was “hospitalized in Cleveland due to complications with her Lupus.”

Her tour stop at Cleveland had been postponed, but will be rescheduled.

On Sunday, she tweeted that she had been released from the hospital and that the tour will go on with her set to perform in Chicago Sunday night.

The “Un-break My Heart” singer revealed that she was battling Lupus, an autoimmune disease that attacks one’s own tissues and organs.

The Grammy-winning artist is currently on the road for her “The Hits” tour.
