AUSTELL, Ga. - Since it first opened in 1990, Georgia Cyclone has become an iconic part of Six Flags Over Georgia, but Sunday, the wooden roller coaster will take its final ride.

Two weeks ago, Six Flags Over Georgia announced exclusively to Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken that the park will retire Georgia Cyclone at the end of July.
