Robbers make off with cash, Jordans and puppy

Robbers who broke into an apartment in the Soundview section of The Bronx made off with cash, sneakers, a Sony Play Station and a Siberian Husky puppy.

Police say the tenant returned to his apartment on Underhill Avenue at about Noon on Tuesday to find the front door lock broken and the apartment turned upside down.

$1,000 in cash was stolen along with four pairs of Air Jordan sneakers belonging to the man's son. The robbers reportedly pepper-sprayed and shot three other dogs in the apartment with a paintball gun before ransacking the home, coating the animals  and walls in yellow, green and orange paint before taking off, reported the NY Daily News.

A photo of the dog-napped Siberian Husky was released Thursday. Her name is Luna and she was wearing a heart shaped pendant with her name on it.
