Queens fire injures 1, sparks lithium-ion battery hazmat response: FDNY

QUEENS - A two-alarm fire in Queens left one person injured on Sunday, according to the FDNY.
The fire broke out around 8:25 a.m. at 86-06 91st Ave. in Woodhaven. The FDNY said 106 firefighters responded.

The FDNY said a hazmat was requested and on scene due to the presence of a lithium-ion battery.
The fire was placed under control at 9:14 a.m.
It is unclear what caused the fire.
