A Queens man is under arrest after a bizarre incident outside of a police station that ended with NYPD officers shooting him.

It happened Sunday about 3 p.m. outside of the 111th precinct at 215th Street and Northern Blvd. Police say the man crashed his vehicle into a marked police SUV that was parked outside of the building.

Police say that Jarrell Davis, who was naked from the waist down, then got out of his car, sprayed a fluid on his own vehicle and then set it on fire.  .

Officers from the station house started to approach Davis, 33, and they say he pulled a 12-inch kitchen knife and charged at the officers.

Two officers opened fire and hit Davis several times in the torso and leg.  EMS took him to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital.  He was listed in stable condition.

He was charged with arson, menacing a police officer, reckless endangerment and weapons charges.

Two officers were taken to North Shore Manhasset Hospital for an evaluation.  It was unclear what their injures were but police said they were not stabbed.
