NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - A woman in Scotland has shared a photo of the fire at Notre-Dame Cathedral with the question:
"I may be letting my mind play tricks on me here, folks take a close look at this picture and what do you see."
Lesley Rowan took to Facebook to share a photo circled where she says she sees the silhouette of Jesus.
'When I looked at this photo last night, I was really astounded by what I saw. When I look at it I see a silhouette of Jesus. I really see a vivid image,' said Rowan to the Daily Record.
While the post has since been removed from her Facebook and Instagram, screengrabs of the photo along with comments show a long thread of people agreeing with her.
"I feel like it will bring comfort to people in Paris and all over the world at this sad time," said Rowan to the Daily Record.
Monday's fire destroyed most of the lead roof of the 950-year-old architectural treasure and caused its spire, which was added in the 19th century, to collapse.
