NYPD searching for armed jewelry thief

NEW YORK (FOX5NY) - Police are on the hunt for a man accused of robbing thousands of dollars from a Queens jewelry store.
It happened Friday afternoon inside ADL Jewelers in Sunnyside.

Authorities say the suspect entered the store and pulled out a gun demanding gold, diamonds and watches.

He eventually made off with $15,000 dollars in valuables.
