Snake found in a bag in the Bronx
Police said a snake was found in a bag in the Bronx Saturday afternoon.
BRONX - The NYPD found a snake in a bag in the Bronx on Saturday afternoon.
Police say the creature was found in the Williamsburg section on East 212th Street and White Plains Road.
Video shows the NYPD removing the snake from the street.
Emergency services later charmed the snake away.
No injuries have been reported.
There is no word on how it got there or where it was taken.
