NYC's Museum of Illusions will bend your mind
NEW YORK (FOX5NY.COM) - A new museum will trick your eyes and mind.
The Museum of Illusions will officially open its doors to the public on Thursday. On Wednesday night, Fox 5 and a few people were allowed to get a sneak peek.
CEO Renne Gjoni says visiting the museum is like pausing reality. Gjoni opened the first Museum of Illusions in 2015 in Croatia. They are now in eight cities around the world.
The Manhattan location, at 8th Avenue and West 14th Street, is the first one in the United States. It has more than 70 exhibits.
The Museum of Illusions is not a pop-up. Gjoni hopes it will be here for at least 15 years.
The museum will be open every day from 9 AM to 10 PM. Tickets are $19 for adults and $15 for children.
