MTA bus hits overpass in Manhattan
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - A QM11 Express bus was traveling south when the driver apparently lost control and drove up onto a divider and then struck the FDR Drive overpass, officials said.
The accident happened at East 34th Street at about 4 p.m.
At least 5 people were hurt, the MTA said. The injuries are not considered life-threatening. The FDNY said that 9 people were treated at the scene.
The MTA is investigating.
