Will and Jamie O'Shea say they left their home in Treasure Island Monday and Logan was inside. They returned about 45 minutes later and he was gone.
One of their back doors was closed but unlocked.
After he went missing, the couple hired a pet detective and offered up to a $2,500 reward for his safe return.
Logan was described as a big sweetheart and a couch potato.
Friday, Logan's family told FOX 13 they aren't sure how he died, but they are taking him to Pasadena animal hospital to find out more.
